  1. My logo will not update to a new logo. As many times as I re-upload a logo it keeps switching back to my old one which is no longer relevant to my brand. How can I fix this? It does this for desktop and mobile as well as my URL logo (basically anywhere you can insert a logo It keeps adding my old one). I have looked into the coding and there is nothing in there with my old logo and because I have a new template, my old coding would have been cleared out and I cannot edit any coding now without the fear of breaking my template. I saw on another forum other people have had this issue with no solution. My URL is: https://www.captivating-portraits.com The password to this site is: demosite Does squarespace have tech help other than forums as well? I would like to get this solved asap because my clients can't currently inquire with my since my website is "under construction"!
  2. My logo will not update either. I am trying to add a new one to mobile and desktop (separately) and they keep uploading as my old logo. My URL logo also uploads as my new one. It also keeps deleting my password for my site. https://www.captivating-portraits.com Password: demosite
  3. I just completed my website apart from replacing a few photos here and there. When I view it on my MacBook (16") it looks perfectly fine. Nothing is outside the grid in edit mode so I figured it would be fine. However, when my friend views my website on her laptop which is slightly smaller (14"), things seem to be pushed together and don't align properly. I tried moving things more towards the center which did not fix the problem (pictures attached). Is there a code I should attach so my site looks the same on every laptop/desktop? If so, what is it/how do I go about doing that? I am very new to Squarespace and this is my first website through them. In the pictures you can see that the text doesn't align in one line as it should and the icons for social media don't align either. Summary: Squarespace said it resizes to every size of screen but is not doing so and mobile version looks nothing like my site. URL: https://www.captivating-portraits.com
