How do I create a black background with an outline in color on my contact form fields (''name'', ''email'' ''message'')?

I wish to make the textbox on the bottom of my home page smaller (remove the space above and below the text), this is because i wish to avoid the appearance of the scrollbar. Is it possible to make a textbox smaller?

Sorry, I meant adding a copyright message. I don't use a footer section on my website, so I just added a text box on all my pages, which took more time than I wanted. I was wondering if there is a code I could be using, to add a specific text at the bottom of all my pages (without having a footer section).
