Hello, I have observed in the Product Enquiry Form extension. The problem is that when the form is displayed, the specific item name is not indicated. Consequently, when receiving a price inquiry email, the item name is not mentioned, only "Price Inquiry / Shipping Quote," which is quite inconvenient considering I have over 300 items in my store.
