  1. Hi @Jahhhd, thanks for thinking along! Yeah, a 'faux' menu page would def work for the mobile, but i'm hesitant because of the fact that it'll show in the desktop version too. Since there's a little more overview in desktop view anyway — with the header navigation in plain sight and various buttons linking to other pages right there on the first scroll — it feels a bit overdone to squeeze an extra menu page in there. Know what i mean? That's why i was interested whether, for the mobile view, you could actually trigger an 'action' (= dropdown menu for each language) instead of linking to a page. Maybe it's asking for too much of a work-around, i'm not sure.. But thanks again for your idea!
  2. Hi @tuanphan, not yet! I'm now relying on the pretty extensive amount of buttons linking to the other pages on the pages themselves. So, once on a page in the choses language, visitors probably won't have issues finding all the info they need, even when ignoring the hamburger all together. But, understandably, my client is still interested in directly offering the overview of pages (the dropdown menu) after choosing the desired language on the general homepage. This really only makes sense for the mobile view (after all: on desktop, the menu is right there in plain sight), but since a good deal of the visits are indeed on mobile, it could be worth the trouble. Any ideas? :)
  3. Hi @paul2009, perfect!!! Thank you so much for helping out.
  4. Site URL: https://www.brubike.be/ Dear Forum, Would it be possible to link to a dropped down menu instead of a page? With other words: creating a link (other than the link in the navigation) that triggers the dropdown menu instead of going to a page? My request is mainly important for the mobile navigation, but it would be interesting to know if this works for dekstop navigation too! I hope making it visual will help: The homepage indicates various languages with images (collage) including hyperlinked text: Dutch, French and English: Clicking on the top image (Dutch) brings you to the first Dutch page (Welkom): the first item in the dropdown menu of the header navigation: However, it would be great if, instead, you would be brought to the drop down menu itself: Is this at all possible? I hope you can help! Thank you so much in advance 🙂 Kind regards, Celina
  5. Site URL: https://www.brubike.be/ Dear Forum, Is there someone who could help me figure out how to remove the word "Back" in the mobile navigation menu of the Carmine template? The HTML of the element is: <a class="header-menu-controls-control header-menu-controls-control--active" data-action="back" href="/" tabindex="0"> <span class="chevron chevron--left"></span><span>Back</span> </a> My request is simply to remove the word "Back" from the <span></span> so that only the chevron (arrow) remains. See screenshots attached to illustrate. How do i write this in the custom CSS? Thanks so much in advance for your help! 🙂 Kind regards, Celina
  6. Hi @tuanphan, Thanks for your great insights! I'm wondering if you could perhaps help me tweak the above mentioned code so that is doesn't override all my pages.. I have a logo with white text on the homepage and grey text for all other pages, but with this css injection i only get the desired result after refreshing each page. Can you help? Page: https://www.valleyfoundation.nl/ Current code injection: <style> a.Header-branding img { visibility: hidden; } a.Header-branding { background-image: url(https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5cbb7cba9b8fe83b89278d3d/t/5eb963b779d8322ad168a5db/1589207991895/Valley+logo_nieuw_wit.pnghttps://static1.squarespace.com/static/5cbb7cba9b8fe83b89278d3d/t/5eb963b779d8322ad168a5db/1589207991895/Valley+logo_nieuw_wit.png); visibility: visible; background-size: cover; } </style> Thank you so much!!!
  7. Dear Forum! I would like to trigger a hamburger icon to replace the navigation bar on scroll, with the Carmine template. So: not only after the media breakpoint, but on desktop screens as well.. Attached are 2 screenshots: 1 of the desired result on scroll 1 of the navigation bar as it is now As you can imagine, i'm trying to get the heart logo (+ hamburger) to pierce right through the middle of the page while scrolling down. Needless to say that with the original navigation bar this becomes a visual mess.. 🙃 Can someone help? I would be ever so grateful! Thanks a bunch, Celina
