This is very disappointing. I have been waiting for a very long time for "real" Ecommerce updates like: - additional payment methods - displaying correct product prices with EU VAT in the shop & on customer invoices - integrated multilanguage support instead of relying on the super expensive WeGlot app - any additional cart options (cart slider, letting the customer know how much until free shipping...) Are you planning to add any new features at all regarding ecommerce? -

I would be interested in a similar thing. Only I would like to have specific product descriptions for each variant on the product page. Is this possible? -

Sorry, I never tried it because you would have to create a unique Buy button for every product. I am a little afraid that this would make the whole system very prone to errors. Maybe someone else has tried it and can comment on this?

Hi Community, for our Squarespace website we are missing a lot of Ecommerce features that Shopify offers (payment options, EU compliant invoicing, EU shipping integration etc.). We do like the look and easy design of the Squarespace site, though. Would a shopify buy button be a good alternative or should we consider moving to Shopify altogether. What are the up- and downsides of each alternative? Any comments, experiences regarding this are much appreciated. Cheers from Germany Sascha

Hey Eugene, thank you for the reply. Actually I do already use Weglot in 7.0 - I was just wondering if there are differences in features for 7.1 :) Cheers Sascha

I couldn't find a comparison of 7.0 and 7.1 regarding ecommerce functions. Are there certain features that become available if I would move my site to 7.1 like invoicing, shipping slips, product & price presentation, weglot integration etc.? Thanks Cheers from Germany Sascha
