I have the same issue. Approximately 15%-20% of users signing-up to my newsletter, *NEVER* get the email. Unfortunately, so far Squarespace support keeps sending me the cliché answer of an article which I tried (check spam etc) but nothing of what's included there appliers. Still waiting for an answer... If I cannot resolve it, then maybe this is a good reason to abandon Squarespace
