If i use Facebook Lead Ads to generate sign ups for my newsletter is it possible, maybe with Zapier, to connect to my Squarespace email campaign automation list? I know with Mailchimp this is possible but can´t figure out if its possible with Squarespace Email Campaigns tool.

Hello,
I was adding a new text element to our front page, suddenly after saving my changes and refreshing I realized the spacing between elements had changed ALL over the website. It used to be significantly more "compact" than it now is. I have no clue what happened, all I did was add some text to the front page.

I have the same issue. Approximately 15%-20% of users signing-up to my newsletter, *NEVER* get the email. Unfortunately, so far Squarespace support keeps sending me the cliché answer of an article which I tried (check spam etc) but nothing of what's included there appliers. Still waiting for an answer...
If I cannot resolve it, then maybe this is a good reason to abandon Squarespace

Some options to achieve this
If all products use button with same link, just add it to Footer or add to Not Linked Page, then we will give code to move it next to Add to Cart on all products
If use different button, just add a Button Block in Additional Info > Then share link to a product, we will give the code to move its position.
With Example Above, they use Standard Page, not Products, so they can add anything.

Hi!
I just realized this is happening to our email replies to customers who've used the contact form on our Squarespace site. I figured it out because we lost an over $5,300 sale when a customer who placed the order and then reached out to ask a question, got suspicious when he wasn't hearing back from me. I use a Gmail email account and he does as well. I had replied to him a couple of times, but my answers had gone to his junk mail, so he thought I was non-responsive and possibly a fraudulent site. Likewise, I was beginning to get suspicious that the purchase was fraudulent, because the customer wasn't responding to my replies to him.
He ended up canceling the sale, so I'm pretty upset over the loss. Now I wonder how many of my replies to people over the past have gone into those customers' junk mail folders and how many sales losses have resulted from that perceived lack of response.
This doesn't happen all the time, obviously, because I do communicate back and forth with many customers who've initiated the conversation via our contact form.
Can you please help? I want to do whatever I can to understand how to fix this issue, whether it be in my Squarespace site settings or in my gmail account.

I am having the same issue. Just finished creating my website and when someone fills out the contact form, my replies are going to their spam folders so, they think I have not responded to their initial inquiry.

I’ve been having this same issue for years. I have a personal website and use my personal gmail account that I’ve been using for nearly fifteen years. All replies i send to customers that contact me via the form submission on my website go directly to spam. I have yet to find a fix. I hear many people say “this is an email issue” and not a Squarespace issue, but it ONLY happen with clients who contact me via the squarespace form. It’s absolutely costing me work and I would love to find an actual solution.

Hi,
I was wondering if there was a way to receive a notification email when I get a new subscriber.
I'll email a discount code to the new subscriber, so the quicker I can react to their subscription, the better.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There will always be some discrepancy between Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics, since they use different methodologies for counting (and excluding) the various different metrics.
The big different in the screenshots you shared is that the Squarespace one is reporting on "Visits", which is analogous to "Sessions" in Google Analytics. The GA screenshot you shared shows Users, not Sessions, so that's why there's such a big difference. Above the graph in the GA screenshot there's a dropdown menu currently set to "Users". Switch that to "Sessions" and you'll likely see some numbers that are closer to the Squarespace numbers.
