cclhill Posted October 24 Share Posted October 24 We offer a monthly subscription for a product. We have multiple offerings/variants of our product (coffee). Our customers line the ease of a monthly subscription, but we were curious if it were possible for them to change their subscription variant monthly? For example, if one month they try a Colombian coffee, but then the next month they want to try our new Indonesian coffee can they switch it to that without having to cancel the subscription? Is there an external app or extension? Or should we switch to Shopify or something Link to comment

If you want to offer a “taster” subscription you’ll need to manage the variant changes “off-system”. Subscriptions cannot be modified in any way.
