Solution Ziggy Posted October 19 Solution Share Posted October 19 Currently, the only way is to redesign from scratch and then transfer your domain from the old website to the new one. It's best to do this when you are wanting to change the design. Even if you could simply upgrade, there would still be a lot of work to adapt your content to the new editor as it works quite differently. Please like and upvote if my comments were helpful to you. Is Squarespace support only monitored by non-Squarespace staff? ie 'Community Members'? I was under the impression that with a paid subscription, there would be dedicated support for a hosted site with a ticketing system (accountability). I can click no further for the support I seek. I have closed and re-opened a fresh (Chrome) browser. Link to comment

When I go to the site there are an insane number of redirects as SS gets set up. I'm usually logged in before I go to the support site.
