Anchor Link for Portfolio Site

Hi everyone,

I am currently working on my graphic design portfolio (https://www.ellajenkinsdesigns.com/) and was wondering if someone could help me use anchor links. I have some experience using anchor links, but cannot figure out how to do it with my site because it uses a portfolio template.

Specifically, I would like the "Design" tab in the navigation to link below the animation of my initials on my landing page. I would ideally like it to be right above the "Hey there!" text underneath the landing page animation. However, I would like to keep the navigation of my logo in the top left that leads to the top of the landing page with the animation. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
