Google Form Mobile vs. Desktop

I'm trying to adjust a google form embedded on our site so that it shows up at the right width in both mobile and desktop versions. Right now it shows up too wide on mobile, which makes it super difficult to fill out. Our web designer used custom code on this page, but no longer works for us so I'm trying to figure it out self-taught. Would appreciate any help anyone can offer!

I'm not sure if anyone else has a solution, but for me Google Forms were super hard to keep responsive. I just use a regular SQSP form and connect it to Google Sheets to store the information. It looks cleaner and you can attach it to any Google account you need to.
