Show wholesale and markups on product add page

Pretty much as the title says. Is it possible when adding a product to have an area that shows wholesale cost (that I paid) and then I can choose the markup, 30% say. That way it's easy when it comes to doing a sale. I know what my wholesale was. I would NOT want that information available to customers. Is this an option? Or something I could code in?
