Customizing lightbox

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm new here. I have 3 questions:

1)  I'm wondering how to customize the lightbox on this website with code? I want the background to be solid white and for the description to show below the image. Also for the image to be larger. Is there any way to have a title and a description, or only description?

The lightbox here is great but I don't have any idea how to do it:  https://www.lucasmasch.com/

2)  How do I get the dropdown links under 'work' to align the other way? The menu is too wide and the links align right instead of left.

3) The margin between the menu and content on the 'Shop' page is enormous. I don't see any function to make it less so I guess I have to do it with code, but don't know how.

Haven't published the site yet so the password is 'sunflower'.

Thank you for your help!!!

#1. Add to Design > Custom CSS

.gallery-lightbox-background {
    opacity: 1;
}

With description, you mean description Lightbox Mode?

#2. Use this CSS

.header-nav-folder-content {
    text-align: left !important;
    left: 50% !important;
    padding-left: 0 !important;
    margin-left: -1.5em !important;
}

#3. Use this CSS

section.products.collection-content-wrapper.products-list {
    padding-top: 0px;
}

Thank you! That fixed everything, except for adding the image descriptions to the lightbox...I've seen it done, but I don't know how to do it myself. For example:  https://www.sandihaberfifield.com/lineations  You can see the file description when the lightbox is open.

Thanks so much for your help!!!

Hi, I had someone fix my website and he purchased this lightbox plugin and gave me no further instructions. How can I customize the design of the pop-up? Particularly the padding, color, border color and size of the X. I have tried so many different CSS tricks I know and nothing seems to work.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me resolve this!!

Hi, don't know which plugin you bought, but have you asked them?
