Is there a way to migrate blog content from an old SS site?

I'm re-designing a website for this client (still in squarespace - https://mknamaste.squarespace.com/). (password: mknamaste)

She has a TON of content. Is there a way to migrate all of her old posts into the new design without re-entering all the content?

When I moved from a blogging site to my own site, I used the old cut and paste method. I created a blank post in my new site, copied the content from the post from the old one and pasted it into the new one. Moving from 7.0 to a 7.1 site, that is the best method to do it in my opinion. 

@derricksrandomviews what blogging site were you moving from?

This is literally already in squarespace so I'm hoping there is a way to export/import or something much faster!

I moved from the FMCA.com  site, it has its own forums and blog. I blogged for their  news page for nine years.
