Call & WhatsApp Widget (ELFSIGHT)

Hi, so I am using elfsight widget on our website. Whatsapp chat button is working properly in the past, but when I added the call button widget, it started to be unclickable. It still shows in the website, but it is not clickalble. How will I be able to fix this? Have I done something wrong? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you 🙏
