Can I add a mega menu to secondary navigation

Hi 

Our clients would like to add a mega menu to their secondary navigation, similar to this:

But with 4 sections. I have see custom code for adding mega menu but it's always for the primary navigation.

Is it possible?

Are secondary navigation and mega menu also possible for Hayden 7.0?

I see the site used Mega Menu Plugin by @ThompsonWebDesign 

However, you can also consider use Mega Menu Plugin by @WillMyers
