Anchor Links Frenzy

Hi there,

I have a page with a few headlines at the top which I want use as anchor links to their respective sections on the same page. I was following the instructions in the Squarespace Knowledge Base how to set anchor links but for the heck of it I can't figure it out. I set the links in the headlines together with the hashtag as an anchor, but I don't know how and where to put the code for the link to jump to. Can anybody help me?

Desperate,

Matthias

Ok, I've followed the video and at least my anchors seem to work now and the page jumps once one clicks the link. However, it seems to jump to some random place in the vicinity of where I want it to go, but not to the exact beginning of the paragraph. What can I do?

Another issue is that the inserted code block effects the design as well, i.e. I have now a "paragraph" before my text starts. Any way of getting rid of this?
