  1. Susana_SQSP's post in Adding multiple domains to a site was marked as the answer
    Hey CaldwellS,
Squarespace has a great help guide on how to manage multiple domains that specifically has a section on adding domains to a site, which you may find helpful as well:

Managing multiple domains - Add domains to your site

    Hi @Ludvig

You can reorder posts in a Blog Page by changing its publication date. Check out this Squarespace help article for more specifics:

  4. Susana_SQSP's post in How to Change Email Address in SquareSpace Forum was marked as the answer
    Hi everyone,
For anyone that has updated their Squarespace account email address, there's a need to completely log out/log back into the forum, so that change can be reflected on the forum side.

  5. Susana_SQSP's post in Where do I find a list of all the tags and categories I've used to date? was marked as the answer
    Hi @Mountainmint,

While there isn't a centralized place where you can find all the categories and tags that are used throughout your site, the Advanced tab of each page's settings show all the categories/tags in use on that page. Have a look into this Squarespace help article for more details:

Categories and tags - Bulk-edit categories or tags

Fell free to reach out to Squarespace Customer Support for any further questions you might have about managing categories and/or tags on your site.
  6. Susana_SQSP's post in Translate Newsletter Form was marked as the answer
    Hi LykaStudio,
Just wanted to highlight that Spanish is one of Squarespace's six supported languages. With that, if you'd be enabling "Spanish" as the site language, automatically any built-in text in Newsletter Blocks will be translated to Spanish.

As a note, if you are using Squarespace 7.0, only certain templates support the built-in text translation.
  7. Susana_SQSP's post in Structured data 'local business' items are invalid was marked as the answer
    Hi everyone,
Thanks for posting about this issue.

I'd like to clarify that as outlined in this Squarespace Help article, structured data warnings usually mean that Google is looking for specific markup code on your site and can't find it. However, rest assured that your website will still be indexed by Google and eligible for features like rich snippets.
These warnings are something that our engineers are aware of and currently monitoring for potential platform improvements in the future. In the meantime and as suggested in the guide, you might want to use Google’s Data Highlighter to tag information that should display in rich snippets, if that's what you're aiming for.
I also would like to take this opportunity to highlight that the Squarespace Forum is mainly a peer to peer community -  a space for Squarespace users and professionals to discuss best practices, seek advice, and share coding solutions for advanced customizations. Thus, and as it is outlined in section 6 of the forum guidelines we don't actively track feature requests in the forum. For any feedback that you would like to be logged, contacting our Customer Support team would be the best approach.

  8. Susana_SQSP's post in Duplicating content from one domain to another was marked as the answer
    Hi @darrylv,
It's indeed possible to duplicate a site from the Account Dashboard. This Squarespace help article goes into more detail on how to go about that:

  9. Susana_SQSP's post in CSS not working unless I open custom CSS editor was marked as the answer
    Hi @strawberry12345,

There was a recent issue with the CSS Editor that was identified and promptly fixed by our engineers. Because of that, newly added code in the CSS Editor wasn't being applied to live sites; it was appearing to save and it was indeed affecting the site preview, but it wasn't sticking in the live view. I believe your site might have been affected by this.

If you're still experiencing the issue, I'd recommend temporarily making a style change as this should prompt all CSS/tweaks to update immediately. If the issue persists, please contact Squarespace Customer Support as they can take an alternative step to force the CSS tweaks update, should what you're experiencing be related to the issue that has been fixed.
  10. Susana_SQSP's post in searching for specific templates was marked as the answer
    Hey @kjdawson1,
While there isn't a search field in the 7.1 template store where you can type the template name to find it, there are two options you might want to consider:
    A. Select "All Templates" under the "Browse By" menu at the top left of the page. Then you can use cmd+f (Mac) or ctrl+f (Windows) to type the name of the template and quickly find it.

    B. Directly visit the template's demo site at https://templatename-demo.squarespace.com/. In this case, you'd be replacing the name of the template in the URL.
  11. Susana_SQSP's post in Reordering Blocks for Mobile was marked as the answer
    Hey @Madelyn,
I can confirm you won't indeed need code for what you are trying to achieve. The order of your blocks will depend on the structure of your columns and rows. Here's a Squarespace help article that covers this in more detail:

Page and block layout changes on mobile devices

This guide also has a help video at the top, which explains how can you get the desired order of your blocks when your site is viewed on a mobile device.

For any further questions/assistance, reach out to Squarespace Customer Support, who is available 24/7 and happy to offer personalized assistance.
