How to add product categories in header with navigation? For example I sell shirts , pants and socks. I want to have the text "shirts" in the header and when a visitor clicks "shirts" I want it to bring them to my store section with only shirts

The top 10% are probalby just lucky enough to actually have squarespace work correctly for them. 90% of squarespace user face many bugs and errors that squarespace techs refuse to fix -
When is live support available? I have left over 10 emails in the last 3 days and also tried to contact support on x. I even signed up for the highest level tier thinking that would give me support access. Is there some sort of pay option to get in contact with sqaurespace? So far I have been having to pay a fivarr squarespace expert everytime I need support but that is costing me $100-200 a week. Is there any options to get live human support from sqaurespace? Does their CEO have an email address or phone number?

How do you add drop down menus for products? For example If I want a tab that says "bbq sauce" then under that tap I want a listed row of the different flavor bbq sauces.
