  1. What's even more absurd is not only how long this has been broken, but how Squarespace posted a blog post TODAY detailing how to sell on Facebook, and even recommending "checkout on your own website" which obviously hasn't worked in quite some time. They are putting more effort into these blog posts advertising non-existent features than actually developing these features. I can't take it anymore.
  2. Nice! I just noticed too!
  3. Here's my store: https://dumb-industries.com/store The "Quick View" window suddenly stopped displaying product images and I can't figure out why. I tried removing all CSS and Code Injection but the issue remains. Any ideas?
  4. Squarespace limits any download to 300MB, making it pretty impossible to sell longer video downloads. You could get a Digital Products plan to sell access to the video on your website, but offering a download of the video that way is not possible at this time.
  5. It would be an absolute game changer, I stopped holding my breath about four months ago.
  6. I gave up on live chat support months ago. It's not just Squarespace, every platform I use decided AI tools were more important than customer service. And they've all increased their fees.
  7. Any idea why Squarespace mentions on their most recent blog entry there are loyalty programs based on points, tiers, subscriptions or values, when Squarespace offers literally none of these things? It's almost like they're waving a feature in our faces that we're never going to get.
  8. Seems like another no brainer that Squarespace will likely never implement.
  9. It will never happen. There is nothing in it for Squarespace to allow this functionality.
  10. I'm wondering the same thing. Doesn't seem to matter how the lessons are sorted in your course, it always shows the oldest course first, which makes it hard to sell latest content.
  11. Is Squarespace over? Their support is now non-existent, there haven't been any substantial updates in years now, and all the things they have introduced (Member Areas, Email Campaigns, Digital Products) are missing simple no-brainer features. I don't want to have to move everything to a different host after six years, but I'm not feeling good about the current state of Squarespace.
  12. Look into Streamyard On-Air webinars. The entire platform with all its features is only $49/month. They're extremely reliable and are always adding improvements. You can embed the livestream along with live chat on a Squarespace site. I haven't yet discovered an alternative this good or affordable. Do not use Vimeo. They are designed to extort you as your channel grows.
  13. Running into the same issue. I don't know why they would overlook this for the updated donation block, but luckily the old one still works for now. I'm not expecting updates any time soon, but it would be nice to be able to set recurring donations for all the various shows we collect donations for.
  14. I wouldn't expect any updates any time soon. Simple things have been broken with member areas since launch.
