  1. Site URL: https://www.joshuapearl.com/ I set up redirects in Squarespace to funnel the traffic from the previous site's pages (different owner, structure, content) to that of my new site. However, if you search "site:joshuapearl.com" in Google, you will find that the redirects only work 1/2 the time. Other times, a 404 error appears. How can I fix this, or is it a Squarespace glitch? It is making it impossible to get my new site indexed. URL Mapping attached. Thank you!
  2. @edharris Thanks so much for your reply! Super helpful. I think I can take it from here.
  3. Site URL: https://www.joshuapearl.com/ Squarespace requires a slug for all pages, including the homepage. However, I will be using www.mysite.com to promote my site, NOT www.mysite.com/home. Questions: 1. Is there going to be a duplicate content issue between www.mysite.com and www.mysite.com/home? 2. Is Google going to understand my site structure when the sitemap doesn't feature the clean URL (www.mysite.com) anywhere, and the sitemap cannot be manually changed? I've submitted the site in search console but indexing is taking longer than I'm used to, so I'm growing concerned. It's been 2 weeks since I created the Search Console account, submitted sitemap, and requested indexing, yet none of the pages have been indexed yet.
  4. Sure! It's still a work in progress but here it is: www.joshuapearl.com Thank you in advance!!!
  5. Hi, I would like my header to have the following format: Logo Navigation menu Social buttons I've figured out how to do this, but the pages in the navigation menu are spilling onto two lines instead of decreasing the space between the menu and the logo/social buttons. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Seems like a margins/padding issue. I do not want to change the font/spacing of the nav menu titles.
