  1. Hi @edharris - thank you for coming back to me so quickly! I have checked my Squarespace > Settings > Domains and the www version is set as my primary domain. I am also set up with Google Search Console for the www version but have recently added the non-www version as a new property. When using the URL inspection tool for this property I get the following.... does this explain why it might not be displaying correctly in my second screenshot (from my previous post)? Thank you again!
  2. Site URL: https://www.workbyline.co.uk My site has been live for a while now and all SEO fields have been filled in with the right descriptions. I have also re-indexed my site but the site descriptions are showing differently when searched in Google. For example... 1. You search 'Work By Line' (company name) with spaces and this appears - which is correct: 2. Then you search 'workbyline' with no spaces (as you would to search for an Instagram page) and this appears - which is incorrect and different to the above: I am desperately trying to update the above so that the description when searched without spaces is correct - especially as this description shows a client name which we are unable to promote or disclose due to NDA restrictions! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
  3. Site URL: https://echidna-gardenia-fcb4.squarespace.com/ I was wondering if there was a way to disable an image click-through while still keeping the hover effect? This is for a specific image on my site. I have set pointer-events to 'none' which disables the link, however removes the hover text. I can make the hover text visible again using the following code, however this is fixed in place on the image and the 'hover' effect is disabled. Is it possible to set pointer-events: none but keep the hover? Code: a.grid-item[href*="/comingsoon"] {pointer-events: none; } //disables click-through but removes hover// 117 a.grid-item[href*="/comingsoon"] .portfolio-text {opacity: 1 !important;} //reinstates hover text but text is fixed e.g. no hover// Thank you!
  4. Site URL: https://echidna-gardenia-fcb4.squarespace.com/ I have made a blog post template using Image Blocks, however I am keen to have unconstrained image heights for each blog post so viewers can see the full image. When in editing mode, the images appear with set widths and different heights (which is what I want). However, when viewing the desktop version and mobile versions, the Image Blocks become constrained, cropping each image to fit within the same height box. I have tried altering the container size, image block heights and overflow, however none of these tweaks are working. Examples below and any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Editing Mode - how I would like the images to display using different heights: How images are displaying in the desktop and mobile versions - all constrained in set squares:
  5. Site URL: https://echidna-gardenia-fcb4.squarespace.com/ I'm using the Pazari template and have created a portfolio page to showcase our work. Within the portfolio page, we have a number of images from the same project. When you click on these images, it takes you through the the detailed project page. To create each project page, I have duplicated the project. However, this leaves great room for margin of error as when you need to update info or change an image etc. you need to do so for each individual project page to ensure they all look the same. Is there a way to share the same url for one project across multiple portfolio images or a way to have one master page per project which all related portfolio images can link through to? I have attached a screen shot of the project page and the portfolio images for reference. Any help would be great and thank you in advance!
  6. This worked perfectly, thank you so much!
  7. Site URL: https://echidna-gardenia-fcb4.squarespace.com I'm using the Pazari template and am looking to remove some of the hover links on select images on the main portfolio page. For example, when you hover over one of the project images, the name of the project appears and this is then clickable (takes you through to a detailed page on this project). I need this feature on some of the images, but for others I want to remove both the text and the clickable link so these appear as a flat image only. Does anyone know if this is possible and how you create custom code for this? Assuming this code will need to apply to each individual image which is uploaded and I'm not sure if you can separate them? Any help on this would be great! Examples below showing how the text appears when you hover over the image and site link is: https://echidna-gardenia-fcb4.squarespace.com Thanks!
  8. The font currently isn't correct, for some reason our fonts aren't displaying. They should appear as per the link below (our current website): http://workbyline.co.uk/
  9. Thank you - here's the working site: https://echidna-gardenia-fcb4.squarespace.com - let me know if you need the password too.
  10. Following on from the above, I have pasted the code I used below which isn't working: //FOUNDERSGROTESK FONT// @font-face {font-family: 'foundersgrotesk', !important; src: url('//static1.squarespace.com/static/5f464adec7067918e1dd7f55/t/5f4666a720360718f0f7ef8e/1598449320186/FoundersGrotesk-Medium.otf') format('otf'), url('//static1.squarespace.com/static/5f464adec7067918e1dd7f55/t/5f46669076e6b5184663d607/1598449298020/FoundersGrotesk-Light.otf') format('otf'); } //ASSIGN FOUNDERSGROTESK FONT// h1{font-family: 'foundersgrotesk' !important;} h2{font-family: 'foundersgrotesk' !important;} h3{font-family: 'foundersgrotesk' !important;} p{font-family: 'foundersgrotesk' !important;} Any help will be amazing! I think I've now read 1,000's of forums on the topic and all sample code appears as I have included it above so not sure why my fonts aren't displaying anywhere on the site! Huge thank you in advance.
  11. I have uploaded a custom font family and have entered the code to change the font family and assigned this to "H1" etc. However nothing changes once I press save and my custom fonts aren't displaying anywhere on the site. Any advice would be great!
