  1. Just confirming that changing the CNAME to ext-cust.squarespace.com through the domain provider fixed the issue! It did take about 48 hours to take effect. Thanks again for the help!
  2. Thanks so much for the help! I've changed the CNAME to ext-cust.squarespace.com so hopefully that fixes it!
  3. Hey! I'm hoping someone can help me, in Squarespace it says there that there is a DSN error, and that the CNAME has deprecated. From reading online it sounds like 'deprecated' records happen when they've been outdated, but I don't know how to go about updating the records? Please see screenshots that show what I see in Squarespace and Freeparking (who the domain is through). Thanks so much in advance! Amelia
  4. Thanks for this thread! I was having the exact same issue but the updated code works great and doesn't reduce the quality of the images 😊
  5. Amazing!!! Thank you so much, that worked a treat. And that was such a quick response. Thanks again!
  6. Site URL: https://ranunculus-lute-s68s.squarespace.com/ Hello! Can someone please help me to remove the top padding of the header on my website? I want the black of the logo to bleed off the top edge of the page. I've attached a screenshot to visually explain it. Website: https://ranunculus-lute-s68s.squarespace.com/ Password: hellohello This website will just be on a personal plan, so ideally I would just like some CSS to make this adjustment. Thanks!
  7. Wonderful thank you! 😊😊😊
  8. Legend! Thank you so much ☺️ Is there any way to make the thickness of the arrows thicker too?
  9. Site URL: https://clementine-sunflower-4f33.squarespace.com/ Hello Squarespace Forum! I would really appreciate if someone could please help me make the arrows on my slideshow gallery bigger. At the moment they are quite small and not very obvious. I've tried the CSS from a couple of blogs that I have read but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I'm not sure if this CSS that I have used for the descriptions on the gallery are interfering with the code? I used the CSS from this article and put the Javascript into a Markdown block in the footer: The site is using version 7.1. Thanks! Amelia
