Hello, I am looking to update my by weight shipping prices due to increases this year from Royal Mail this year ETC I cant for the life of me work out how to edit already set up profiles......is this an error with Squarespace back end? can anyone help?

Hello, We are running advertising campaigns to our specific products for sale.....we want to measure the success of our advertising through having the pixels firing from FB / Reddit. However the results aren't clear due to the pixel not being present on the check out page or thank you for purchase page.....If the pixels were active on these pages rather than the shop page I think we would get better data? Does anyone know how you can add pixels to the check out page or thank you for purchasing page after order? is this possible?

Thanks Paul - thats a great help. I wasn't sure if the discount created applied to every month rather than just first month. I think that should work for what we're after then. Hopefully Squarespace could add these types of options when offering subscriptions would be such a great add on.

Hello, I want to launch our subscription product with the ability off providing a free trail period e.g First Month Free - like many other businesses / apps do where the direct debit begins on For *X amount Day trail. Is this possible? or via the discounts? This would give people the incentive to try out the service and if they like it can continue with the service. Would be a major bonus when running marketing campaigns for new sign ups, building trust. Any help or work around for others doing similar would be fab speak soon

Hiya, Is there a way of changing your customers subscription date - so they all requirer on the same date? Right now payments for subscription come out here there and everywhere within the month. We are a monthly subscriptions and it would help us massively to be able to manage orders if they were all alined for the payment to come out on the same day of the month? Is there anyway of changing the date of subscription once they have signed up? All the best

Hey, looking for advice, Is there anyway of changing product status per item? This would be a great feature. We want to showcase products in our store visually that are coming soon and want to invite people to sign up to be reminded of when they are released. while also showcasing products that are out of stock/sold out. Would be great to have the change in wording - as soon as you put stock 0 it adds Product Status kicks in. Any advice? All the best
