Unable to access other tabs under 'website'

I am working on my website, when I click on the 'website' tab in the editor it takes me straight to the 'pages' tab. If I click back it just takes me back to the home page. I'm trying to access the design tab/page. Am I missing something? What happened to the design and other tabs?

Settings under Design have been moved to various places. 

You might find this forum post here useful. However, note that since that post was made, the Site Title and Logo menu has changed slightly. See Squarespace's Adding a site title .

I suggest also learn how to use the panel search function to find the panels you are interested in. At the top level you can click the search icon. Deeper down in the panels you can click in dead space and type the forward slash character.
