Header and footer "hidden" and I can't figure out why

This seems silly, but I always use a code block to hide the header and footer for cover pages while my client and I work on the full site (only if they want to launch something right away).

For some reason, I cannot find my code block that's causing the header and footer to disappear, AND it's affecting the whole site (not just the single page). I've deleted the original page to see if it fixed it, and it's not. My code isn't in Advanced or site-wide either. I'm stumped.

I also tried getting rid of the Appointment code box.... nothing.
