Blog Featured Photos Too Big

I am working on the blog section of my website, and the featured image looks great inside the blog itself. However, when I look at the page previewing all the blogs, the photo is way too big and I don't know how to fix it. I am pretty beginner level with all this stuff, is there anything I can do to fix this?

You may find that the aspect ratio or spacing needs adjusting in the page section editor. Hit edit in the top left corner of the page then edit section in the pop-up on the right side. There are a lot of options there for layout, spacing, and aspect ratio of the blog items/featured images.
