joaopp
Hi, I've been dealing with an issue on my website regarding videos. Frequently, I encounter the message "UNABLE TO LOAD VIDEO, TRY AGAIN LATER." Even after refreshing, the problem persists, reappearing after some time. I've attempted various fixes like uploading the video directly to SquareSpace, using links, and even deleting all my code. Unfortunately, none of these solutions seem to resolve the issue. I noticed others in the forum had a similar problem this year but couldn't find a solution. Could anyone assist with this? Thanks. ameliejaya and raxadavid 2 Link to comment
frame61
Im suddenly getting the same issue, looks like a Squarespace bug possibly. ameliejaya 1 Link to comment
ameliejaya
Hi there, I also have the same issue and contacted customer service. They said that it was indeed an issue on their end and it's something they can't fix right now and that "we can't guarantee changes to this behavior in the immediate future". Are you also still having the problem or did you find a solution to this issue? Link to comment
Lola20
Having the same issue on my site which is a video portfolio for a client and getting the same message on all the video blocks after about 30s of being on the page. Any body managed to get any help on this? raxadavid 1 Link to comment

Lambert-Media
I am having the same problem. I know this is a holiday (or close to it), but Squarespace needs to fix this asap. This is a busy work time for a lot of people. From these posts, looks like Squarespace has known about this for about a week. raxadavid 1 Link to comment
raxadavid
I'm very much getting this error too. After reducing my video sizes to about 1-5mb each, the problem still occurs. Pretty frustrating when we finally hit launch on the site yesterday and this happens all of a sudden. If there's any fix please let me know! Link to comment

barmson
I'm also having the same issue, really not ideal when sending my folio and people can't view my work!! Link to comment
Josepi16
CORS errors all around, this is such a massive issue that SP seems deaf to its user base. No responses from support, no notifications to users on work around just very LOUD SILENCE. Martian and ChristopherLoth 2 Link to comment
Josepi16
just got off with SP support and it seems they have fixed the issue internally, but they did not admit to an issue. Will see what they say in a follow up email. Curious if other's video issues have been resolved as well. Link to comment
barmson
I'm still having the same issue, I was told it might be my browser or browser settings, I'm using Chrome which is pretty much the default at this points so pretty frustrating that videos aren't working Link to comment

brainstormproductions
I am getting this error message of "Unable to load video. Try again later" when I am using a GIF not a video. What do I do? Every single day I need to log into my website and click/unclick something and save my site again and then it loads properly but it happens EVERY SINGLE DAY. Browser doesn't seem to matter this error message comes up all the time. Edited February 21 by brainstormproductions adding details Link to comment
