just got off with SP support and it seems they have fixed the issue internally, but they did not admit to an issue. Will see what they say in a follow up email.
Curious if other's video issues have been resolved as well.
Out of nowhere videos started not working as well on our site, I guess VIMEO URLs are the only way to avoid this issue with SquareSpace.
On top of this issue I've noticed that SP customer service and support ticket times have gone fro 24 hours to days for anyone to respond.
