Summary Block Fix to Support All Blogs

I have a client with over 60 blogs. Is there a plugin out there that allows for all the blogs to either appear in 1 summary blog or for there to be pages of 30 blogs in the summary block? (The client doesn't want to use the standard blog landing page as there are other resources and a banner on the page they are using to display the blog title cards.) Currently we have 2 pages for the blogs with a link of the bottom of the first page but this solution is difficult to manage.
