meremist
Hi, I have recently published my site but am experiencing issues where occasionally myself or someone else will try to access the website and it will show an old, outdated version of the site that I had before I even published it for the first time. The only solution I have found is to manually go into the site and re-publish it, which seems to refresh the view that other people see. How do I prevent my site from randomly reverting to an old unpublished version in the future? Thanks for any advice. For reference, the site is www.genuinegainz.com. The correct version of the site should show at the top a big header image with "Genuine Gainz" to the right. Link to comment
CassAggett
It's likely those people are seeing a cached version of your site that they've visited before (yourself included). Try in an incognito window - if all good there, you probably just been to refresh your browser's cache If this helped you, please like or mark my solution as answer so others can scroll to it quickly 👆 Cass Aggett is a Squarespace website designer for go-getting women – no matter what stage of business.
