Summary Block for Blog Post Trouble

I am trying to set up summary blocks for my blog post categories. I cannot get the appropriate blog post to add to the summary block. It just keeps the template image and posts. Help! My site is still under development. Intruct me on what I need to share for you to help me with this problem. Thank you!

You mean you can't choose blog page from Summary?
