Other payment methods than stripe or paypal?

I am trying to figure out how to set up other payment methods than stripe. Maybe using custom checkout page?

On Squarespace commerce, you can only take payments through Stripe or PayPal (or both). It is not possible to use a different payment processor.

If you do not want to use Squarespace to manage commerce sales (order management, inventory control, shipping) and you do not want to take payments for features like member areas, then you could add third party  "buy buttons" to Squarespace and process all your orders on a third party commerce solution like Shopify or Ecwid.
