CHANGE PADDING FOR BLOG POSTS ON IPAD/TABLET

Hi, I am hoping to get some custom css so I can change the padding for my blog posts (ALL PAGES) for TABLET only. Looks fine on desktop and mobile. 

As you can see from screenshot there is a lot of space to the right and left which I would like to adjust for tablet only.
