Community Functionality for Members to Post

I am looking for a straightforward way to add engagement for a user community in a member site area. A place where subscribers can post comments and thoughts. Privacy and confidentiality behind this gated area is a primary requirement i.e., not a Facebook Group. Any suggestions or thoughts about how to integrated this into a member site area?

To launch a new Squarespace website this Spring, I am looking for someone who could implement the community (e.g., circle) functionality for Member Areas in Squarespace using the suggested solution above.

Looking to find someone who has recent experience adding a 3rd party InvisionCommunity.com for "paid" subscribers of "Member Areas". Reference this link for possible use of subdomain. 

I'm not sure if it will help anyone, but I'm using Geneva for my community. It's free and works like Circle. Members have to have an actual cell number to sign up for verification. Virtual numbers won't work. I find that it's helpful, but there is the drawback of people who don't have a cell and want to join have to contact Geneva to be let in.
