How can I make a three-across video page in a 7.1 template?

I am using the new 7.1 templates but I can't seem to find a page or a way to design a three-across video page. 

Any help appreciated!

Create a new blank page with three video blocks with spacers in between, to size them and  to line them up. 

I must be missing something because I can't see a way to add video unless they are the pre-fab ones in the left hand column
