How to make buttons scroll to next section

Hey all.

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to get the "Learn More" buttons in my Galleries section to scroll down to the related section, rather than to click through to a new page. Is that possible? I've spent almost the entire day searching, but haven't found anything really useful, except for how to make a back to top button.
