Added a photo it’s the mustard button at button that’s live chat. Thanks in advance for help!8B236848-DBF7-4D6F-ABB2-A30FB04047DA.thumb.png.04b32821e45b339c9a4b949b77e5dcde.png

It seems the same issue with one of your post

You can apply removing live chat widget in the desired page by changing the page id in my code.

In addition,  I share the tool i often use to get the id of page, or section, block: Squarespace ID Finder

Just click to copy the id shown on the page: https://recordit.co/Aj9vXw6rfY

Hello I am haivng a similar issue

I have a LeadConnector chatbot  on my squarespace site that I want to remove from certain landing pages:

It is currently displaying here: www.portraitatelierashley.com which is fine

I don't want it to show on this page: portraitatelierashley.com/40-over-40-2023

I have looked everywhere for where the code is located, spoken to leadconnector and squarespace and no one seems to be able to help.

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to hide the chat widget on a page by adding this to the Custom CSS panel and specifying the Collection ID of the respective page.

For example, for the landing page you specified:

#collection-64eb65135ac36513c2cfb3b4 chat-widget.hydrated {
  display: none!important;
}

Note that there's currently (Aug 2023) a bug with the Custom CSS panel so you may need to save the changes and then hit refresh before anything changes.
