I am trying to make the bottom image on this page a gif. I uploaded the gif but it is saying it is not supported. Any idea what I can do? Thanks in advance.

Hello I am haivng a similar issue I have a LeadConnector chatbot on my squarespace site that I want to remove from certain landing pages: It is currently displaying here: www.portraitatelierashley.com which is fine I don't want it to show on this page: portraitatelierashley.com/40-over-40-2023 I have looked everywhere for where the code is located, spoken to leadconnector and squarespace and no one seems to be able to help. Thanks in advance.
