Hey there, 

I'm hoping to get the function of having the full bleed slideshow on my homepage to automatically move to the next slide after 3 seconds. Here is a website with the effect I'm trying to replicate: https://www.photographyanthology.com/

Hey

Your site is built on Squarespace 7.1 so it doesn't have the same features as the Squarespace 7.0 site that you linked.

You're currently using one of Squarespace's new Auto Layout sections in what they call 'Banner Slideshow' mode. This is great where you want other elements to overlap the images but visitors must click the controls to scroll through the items; there isn't an autoplay option.

However, I can provide you with a code solution that will add an autoplay to this section if required.

Another option is to use a 'Gallery Section'. This has a built-in autoplay option (see screenshot below) and so doesn't require code, although you'll find that by default it will sit below your header rather than behind it.
