Am I being stupid?? Where's the Parallax Option?

Hi everyone,

I've spent the best part of 2 hours trying to figure out where the parallax option is for my 7.0 Margot template.  I don't have developer mode on and am driving myself nuts!  Can anyone put me out of my misery?!  Thank you

I'm using Brine but I don't see the parallax option in my Site Styles -- any advice?

Do you perhaps have a CSS code to apply Parallax to my 7.1 homepage top section which has a video background upload?
