EmilHernon
Hi all, When I search for my website on google, under the title of the website it has the headings that are on my website e.g projects, personal, about etc. but it also has filenames for images e.g f1001.jpg . I am not sure which images these represent or more importantly how to avoid an file names appearing in the search at all. Has anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it? All help would be appreciated. Thanks , Emil Link to comment

Featured Comment Susana_SQSP Posted September 7, 2020 Featured Comment Share Posted September 7, 2020 Hi everyone, Considering what you are describing, I'd recommend that you check that all the SEO descriptions for your site are filled in. Check this guide for more details:Adding SEO descriptions Once you have all the info filled in, you might want to ask Google to re-index your site, so the info that displays in Google Search Results can be updated. As a note, the amount of time it takes for the re-indexing of your site to take effect, it's entirely dependent on Google and outside of Squarespace control. For any further assistance with this, please reach out to Squarespace Customer Support team directly for personalized assistance. For now, I am closing this post. Link to comment
