Simply a garbage product. They have not thought through the actual needs of their users before launching this tool, are simply adding functions to justify higher spends on the part of customers. This is not the only obviously useful business functionality that has been overlooked in this new era of Squarespace features. Good luck getting anyone to respond. They got your money, they don't care.

Hello, has anyone received any update or fix for this? I continue to have the same issue today that I posted about two months ago (active discounts will not apply to digital products no matter what I do). I will not be able to roll out a promotion for a new product this week as I had planned. It seems like such an obvious error and it's so disheartening to not even receive a reply. We can't be the only people experiencing this. Honestly has me considering moving to a different platform.

Hello, wondering if there's been any development on this. We also need to access members' mailing addresses as we offer physical goods with our digital products. I realize members can add their mailing address to their account after creating it, but there does not appear to be a way to access that information through the Contacts page on the other end. Does anyone know of a way to access members' mailing addresses that they have provided? Why would they be able to enter a mailing address that cannot be accessed?
