I've inserted the code with a link to the mp4, but get a white page that briefly appears before the homepage loads. Any idea why the video is not showing?

I want the image on the right of the page (site linked above and here) to be time replaced with another image and text block similar to the attached (mock up just to give you the idea). Not if you would call this a carousel or a gallery or simply an animation.. ? What is the best way to accomplish this movement?
