Hi there, I'm having a similar issue where the link won't "stick." I've followed the above prompts (and many others on the squarespace forums) exactly. I'm really just trying to create an unlinked page to share a PDF of my resume with an application. The check mark next to the PDF is there, and the link appears, yet when I save, it disappears. See attached images. Alibibbo.com/resume is the page, and the PDF is below size limits. Thank you!

Currently trying to apply the code above and I'm wondering if I need to upgrade to a Business plan to add the code into the header and footer - looks like it. alibibbo.com is my domain, and I'm trying to password protect this project: https://www.alibibbo.com/photography-1/color You helped me this week with this portfolio, so note that the global CSS on the photography page has been edited to make the portfolio items come up as 4x3 - not sure if that changes anything for layout of the new page, or if I would have to code that into the CSS as well so the layouts match. Any guidance is appreciated!

Thank you! Just to clarify – where should I add this code? I'm not seeing an option in the header of the page, but this may be because I need to upgrade my account. I did add a password to the page if that is easier to view! alibibbo.com, password is openme. I'm wanting the "Work" page to be as is (1x1), and the Photography page to be 2 columns, 4:3 vertical. (I'm deleting the video page). Really appreciate your help! Ali

Hello! Over a year later and I am finding that I'm having this issue as well. I'm wondering if anything has been updated yet. My page isn't published yet, but I'm wanting to make portfolio A 1x1 ratio and Portfolio B a 3:4 vertical ratio. Any support is appreciated! I am noticing this code below, and imagine it would apply but not exactly sure what to change - thinking it might just be "–34-vertical .portfolio..
