I need help ASAP… i’m using the newest version with a new template, and I can’t figure out how to add a product page. The workaround I’m using right now is linking to the product but it’s so many clicks versus just “add to cart” like in the older version. Am I missing something?

I just transferred a new template to my old domain and I'm excited about it but I'm not seeing a way to add a product/add to cart button to a section. How do I do this? In the old version the little plus made it so easy to add a button anywhere!

Hi again - I just transferred my new template to the domain my old site was on... and in canceling the subscription I realized after the fact that I can't access old pages. Is there a way to undo this, and if I do continue to pay $20/month will all of my old unlinked pages still be there?? It's over five years of content that I wanted to be able to refer back to.

Hi - I'm working in a website trial and trying to finish before I transfer to the old domain because I don't want to interrupt service for current clients access to pages, and I don't want to pay for two sites... Want to make sure that when I transfer the trial site to the old domain that has the commerce advanced plan, that I'll be able to add products to my template?? Right now I'm seeing no option for that at all. In the old template I was using on my old site it was easy to add products to pages... the little plus. In the updated version (which I do really like!) I'm noticing I can't just add a button, I have to add a whole different section. And there are no product specific sections, they just have normal buttons for links/pages/files. Will I be able to add inventory to my web pages once I transfer it??

And then when it's ready, am I understanding correctly that I have to remove the domain from the old built-in domain on squarespace FIRST in order to transfer this new one to the same domain? I guess I can come back here and ask how to do that when I'm ready. Also - is there a way to copy form blocks, etc. over to the new template? Or do I have to re-type and format every single one?

I'm working on a new template - I didn't finish it within the two week trial, thought I could extend it a week but never got the email. Frustrated in general - where is the ability to email with customer support like there used to be??? So posting here. I need the info on my current website to stay up for current and potential clients while I'm working on the new template. What are my options? It seems that I can't have two sites within the same domain?? I feel like I'm doing something wrong.
