  1. So, just an update for anyone who finds this in the future… Customer service informed me that my issue is a known issue after domain transfers. They aren’t sure why it happens yet but basically if you don’t set up the recently transferred domain as the primary domain it confuses the site causing font and formatting issues. I fixed my problems after setting my recently transferred domain as my primary domain.
  2. Hey guys, So, I recently just had my domain transferred from another provider to Squarespace. And my website is online and all that BUT there seems to be an issue with the font. I use the Orpheus Pro font in the Site Styles throughout my site for its elegant aesthetic. But the mobile version is just coming up as a basic Arial. Prior to the domain transfer, this was never an issue. I check the Site Style settings and it's still set to Orpheus Pro and I have no idea why it shows up as Arial on mobile, where the settings are for that and/or how to fix it. But, I've tried on numerous browsers on my phone and the Arial is ruining the vibe of my site here and if anyone knows how to fix it I'd really like to know. I also checked the admin side of things and it appears properly there but the public face still shows as Arial... What gives? I tried googling it and all I found were irrelevant threads on issues with custom fonts. Help, please! Thanks.
  3. Hey there y'all, I'm having a bit of trouble with my Promotional Pop-Up... I got it working fine for the desktop with the image, but the image is not loading on the mobile version. It shows up as an ugly grey. Considering nothing on my site is grey it does clash with everything. I saw another post here 2 years ago about it being by design. Is this still the case years later? I see no options or explanations on how to change this. Is there a way I can just change the background color of the pop-up to black if I can't use an image? It's just that grey is so terrible. Edit: Never mind I did solve the problem. I went to the sidebar menu for the pop-up promotion, hit style, enabled mobile-specific styles at the very bottom, and changed the background to black there at the Color Behind Text option.
