  1. I just tried restarting my computer and browser, nothing changed! Also I tried to clear my caches but that didn't do anything either. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help! Grace
  2. Hi Creedon, Thanks for your response! I've attached some sceenshots below of what I'm experiencing. My Themes are all in place, but when I try to change them, it doesn't make the change. And when I try to change the color of black font to red, it doesnt change even though it says it's "red." I hope this makes sense!
  3. Hi there, Sorry, I thought the url was included. It's carmelartannex.org and it's open to public view
  4. Hi! It seems that all color themes don't apply to my website! When I first made my website, I had cream for the background and yellow for the buttons. Now, everything is just black and white. I tried to change the themes to add some color but the changes apply/save. Even when I try to go in and change the color of certain text, it just stays black. I saw in another forum that it could have to do with my custom css, however I can't seem to find any hiccups that could cause color not to work on my website. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Grace
  5. Hi @tuanphan Here is the link to the page where it's most noticeable! https://www.carmelart95years.com/inventory The font at the top of the page is text that has the issue. Thanks!
  6. Hello! I wanted to follow this thread because I'm experiencing a similar issue. My Heading 1 font scales down when the window is scaled up. I checked my coding to see if there was anything causing this but I think it's a 7.1 issue. Hoping there can be a ccs solution to this! Thanks to anyone who can help.
  7. You are right! I feel so silly. Thank you for all your help!
  8. Site URL: https://www.carmelart95years.com Hi! SOS! In mobile view, when I try to open up the "hamburger" navigation drop down menu – it shows up blank. I have three navigation tabs that should show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Grace
  9. @jaydiprewa Hi! Do I replace the latest code with the previous code? I added the latest code and the problem still persisted. I deleted the previous code and it fixed the spacing issue, however the glitching in quick view is happening again. Any ideas? Thanks again!
  10. Hi @paul2009 This worked perfectly! Thank you, thank you! 🙂 Grace
  11. Hi @paul2009 I did use the code from your guide – thanks again for that! However I'm wondering if I can change the font size in mobile view. For some reason, the first line of the product title appears tiny. Any ideas? I appreciate your time and consideration! Grace
  12. Hi @jaydiprewa, Thank you for this! It seems like that code did the trick in Quick View, but now the image descriptions are way off in gallery view. I'll attach a screenshot. Any ideas to keep the code but fix the spacing in gallery view? Thanks again for your time! Grace
  13. Hi, Thank so much for your response! If I remove the breaking line, would my product line just be one line on all platforms (mobile and desktop?) It is important that the artist name is differentiated from the title of the piece. Thanks again, Grace
  14. Hi there, I'm having a similar issue with this, but my site already has custom css in place to split the Product Title into two lines. On desktop view, the fonts are exactly how I want it. But when it goes into mobile view, the first line of the Product title is so so tiny. I'll provide a screenshot of both desktop/mobile view to show the comparison. site is: https://www.carmelart95years.com/inventory password is: carmelart Do you have a code to fix this? Thanks! Grace
  15. Site URL: https://www.carmelart95years.com/inventory Hi there, site: https://www.carmelart95years.com/inventory password: carmelart I've been having this reoccurring, on-and-off again issue where images are cropped when in quick-view. I'll provide screenshots of what this looks like when it happens. It's usually to vertical pieces, but sometimes even horizontal paintings are cropped when in Quick View. I'm not sure if this something that can be fixed with css, but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
  16. That helped a little, but I find that the images are still being cropped and running off the page (especially the vertical ones). I have screen shots below. Ideally, I would love to have the image in the center of the of the "Quick View" window in the mobile view with the details following below. Is that possible? Thanks again for all your help!
  17. Hi @tuanphan Unfortunately no, it's still happening on my end. Thats good to know it's not happening on your end. But I do have another question maybe you can help with: When I look at the Product Quick View in Mobile View, it's completely out of wack! Any way to resolve this without finicking with the Computer View? Also in Mobile View, the Product list titles are so itty-bitty and the "categories" roll off the page – is there a way to fix that too? Thanks so much! Grace
  18. Site URL: https://trombone-seahorse-afp9.squarespace.com/config/design/custom-css Hi there! My Product Quick View glitches where it crops the image of the product. This happens frequently, but not always – yet I want to make sure it doesn't happen at all. I'm not sure if it's something with Squarespace or something in my code that's preventing this. I have screen shot examples below. The first screenshot is the product in Quick View, and the second screenshot is the image in its full glory (the way I would like it to be). Password: carmelart Thanks to everyone and anyone who can help! Grace
  19. Hi @paul2009, The code you provided did help with the text staggering – thank you so much! However my image still appear small/unchanged when in Quick View. Preferably I would like the images to be larger in the Quick View than they appear in the product grid. All my images are 1200px in the longest dimension, with 72 dpi. Any suggestions? Perhaps I should start a new Thread just on Quick View customization 😅 Thanks! Grace
  20. Hi @paul2009, This worked perfectly! Thank you so so much for this redirect and insight to formatting my product page. While I have you, do you think you could help me out with another issue concerning my Quick View Page? (Or link me to a thread where this is discussed?) My Quick View content is super narrow - I'll attach a screenshot of what I mean. Is there a way to widen the section? Enough to where the product title doesn't get stacked like that. There's just so much white space around it, and I would like for the image to be enlarged. Thanks again for all your help! Grace
  21. Hi @tuanphan I tried that, didn't work. I pasted the code into Settings>Advanced>Code Injection in both the Header sections, and then the Footer section– both didn't work. What could be the issue there?
  22. Hi there, I tried using the code in https://sf.digital/squarespace-solutions/how-can-i-add-line-breaks-to-gallery-grid-titles , however I had no luck. I'm not sure if my items are under ".ProductList-title, .ProductItem-details-title" or ".grid-title". Or if it's an entirely different issue all together? Here is my site: https://trombone-seahorse-afp9.squarespace.com/historic-show pw: carmelart My products are paintings, and I would like to create a different line for the artist name of the piece and the title of the piece. Any ideas? Thanks! Grace
  23. This is perfect! Exactly what I wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
  24. Yes!!! This worked perfectly, and exactly what I wanted. Thank you SO much, this is a great help. I have one more ask though – the Quick View button is still off centered, how would you go about fixing that? I attached a screen shot below. Ideally I would like the Quick View button to be in the center of the artwork. Thanks again for all your help! Grace
  25. Site URL: https://trombone-seahorse-afp9.squarespace.com/historic-show Hi there, I'm building a website for an art gallery that needs customization. I want to create a product grid list with the paintings available through the gallery. Here's the site and pw: Site: https://trombone-seahorse-afp9.squarespace.com/config/design pw: carmelart There are some landscape and some portraits, so it was important to the gallery to have the paintings not cropped into a particular ratio. I was able to find custom css to make each painting on display in it's full not-cropped orientation. I have the aspect ratio set to 3:2, so the landscape images fill that ratio, where as the portraits are set inside that ratio. Because of this, the portraits are justified to the left. I want to figure out how to center the images within the 3:2 ratio. Also, I customized my Quick View button, but it seems off-centered. Help with this would be greatly appreciated! Here is what I have in my Custom CSS: // Product Gallery View Custom // .grid-image-wrapper img { width: auto !important; height: 100% !important; top: 0 !important; } .ProductList-grid.clear { display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; justify-content: center; } .ProductItem-details-excerpt { font-family: Tuan !important; } figure.ProductItem-gallery img { width: 100% !important; height: auto !important; left: 0 !important; } //Quick View Custom// span.sqs-product-quick-view-button { visibility: hidden; } span.sqs-product-quick-view-button:after { visibility: visible; content: "QUICK VIEW"; background: #FFFFFF; font-size: 1.4rem; font-family: 'Courier New'; font-weight: 800; color: #C29A5A; padding: 20px 25px; border-radius: 0px; } Thank you, thank you, thank you!
