  1. Hi Tuan, Sorry, I'm just seeing your reply now! I tried your code and it worked, thank you! 🙂 However, it looks like the social icons in the footer are also underlined now. Is there a way to remove the underscore from beneath the social icons but keep the hyperlinked text underlined? (See attached image.) Also, is there a way to underscore the phone number (also a link) listed under "CONTACT US" in the body portion of our Contact page? Thank you so much! Camellia
  2. Hi there, For some reason, the hyperlinked text in the footer of our website (7.0 template) doesn't automatically appear as underlined. Is there a way to underline each of those links? https://www.lecomptoirla.com/ Thank you! Camellia
  3. Site URL: https://www.lecomptoirla.com/ Hi there, I'm working on remediating our website and was wondering if anyone might be able to help resolve the following accessibility issues (see screenshots): Footer (contentinfo landmark): The accessibility scanner says to "Ensure the contentinfo landmark is at top level," and that "the null landmark is contained in another landmark," even though the footer was created separate from the rest of the page content blocks. Footer (hyperlinked OpenTable logo): The accessibility scanner says "Focusable content should have tabindex='-1' or be removed from the DOM." How can I change the tabindex value? Contact page (map widget): The accessibility scanner says to "Ensure aria-roledescription is only used on elements with an implicit or explicit role" and to "check that the aria-roledescription is announced by supported screen readers"? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
  4. Hi Tuan, Will inserting this custom code also allow me to specify a custom font for the homepage overlay? And I was also wondering if it's possible to delete the page title displayed on the Gallery page? I've tried to delete the "GALLERY" text in the Gallery Settings > General section, but the overlay text always reappears after I click 'save.' Thank you!
  5. Hi Tuan, Yes, the logo text you see is part of the actual homepage image because it's a custom font. I found this article on adding custom fonts for 7.0 sites, but am wondering if it's possible to display a custom font so that it only appears on the homepage overlay? I'm not seeing any way of adding text to any of the page overlays. Thank you!
  6. Hi Tuan, How about for just the homepage? Is it possible to add text to the homepage's translucent overlay? Sorry for all the questions! Camellia
  7. Hi Tuan, I was wondering...is there a way to add text (like the "GALLERY" text at the center of our Gallery overlay) to the scrolling translucent overlays on our homepage, the About, Reserve, Menu and Contact pages? https://www.lecomptoirla.com/gallery Thank you again!
  8. Hi Tuan, Your code worked, thank you! I was able to figure out the Gallery overlay issue, so I'm good for now. 🙂 Thank you so much for your help! Camellia
  9. Site URL: https://www.lecomptoirla.com/gallery Hi there, Is there a way to disable the grayish overlay function for only our Gallery page? I'm in the process of remediating our website, but don't see any option to disable or make transparent the Gallery page overlay in page settings, despite these Tremont template family instructions: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/227024467-Tremont-template-family#toc-gallery-pages Also, is it possible to increase the Gallery header height (or bring down the Gallery images) so that our site title and navigation links are more clearly visible? Tremont template's default seems to position the site title and navigation links—both in difficult-to-read white text—directly over the topmost Gallery image, rather than placing them in a dedicated header. Thank you!
  10. Hi Tuan, Yes, that's correct. This is what our cover page (currently inactive) looks like. I'd like to add a translucent overlay with the OpenTable reservation widget embedded, only I'm not seeing any options within the Tremont template to add an overlay or a reservation widget...
  11. Hi Tuan, We don't have an actual cover page up yet, as we're working on remediating the site for accessibility purposes. But the idea was to use the image on the homepage for a cover page and make and (hopefully!) add an overlay with the OpenTable image embedded. https://www.lecomptoirla.com/ Thank you!
  12. Site URL: https://www.lecomptoirla.com/ Does anyone know if it's possible to create a reservation widget overlay for a Squarespace 7.0 cover page? Or, to embed a widget directly onto a cover page? I see that it's possible to create a click-thru button to an external link but would prefer the look of a widget instead. Thanks in advance for any advice!
  13. Thanks so much for all the helpful suggestions, @creedon!
  14. Creedon, you were totally right! Our social widgets reappeared once I turned off the AdBlock extension on Chrome...phew! Thank you so much for solving this mystery!! 🙏
  15. Hi @bangank36, That's so odd. This is what I see in our footer when viewed in Chrome from my computer. Is there some reason why you guys can see the social widgets but I'm not able to see them in Chrome? As mentioned earlier, I can see the social widgets fine in Safari (on my computer) and have no problem seeing them in Safari and Chrome from my phone. Thank you guys for trying to help me troubleshoot this!
  16. Thank you! It's a public site: https://www.lecomptoirla.com/. Can anyone recommend a fix for social icons disappearing from a version 7.0 site? The social icons are visible when using Safari, but don't appear when viewing our website in Chrome.
  17. Can anyone recommend a fix for social icons disappearing from a version 7.0 site? The social icons are visible when using Safari, but disappear from the footer when I view the website in Chrome using my Mac laptop. Strangely, the icons do appear in the footer when I check from my iPhone using the Safari and Chrome browsers. I've tried deleting the social links box and re-adding, as well as disabling Ajax...but no luck.
