  1. Yes, I do still need help with this, thank you! I've duplicated the site, and can add you as a contributor... but I think I need an email to send a contributor invite to?
  2. Site URL: https://iris-pomegranate-pcdm.squarespace.com/portfolio-1/squiggle-rainbow Password: changelasts I'm trying to add a Gallery to the bottom of a page (in this case a project page inside of a portfolio). In this case the gallery is made up of just 2 photos, one vertical and one horizontal. The vertical image is causing a problem. It's as if the section is not tall enough to accommodate the gallery, so the gallery spills into other sections. I've added a blank section below the gallery and above the footer in a different color theme to illustrate what I mean. The issue is replicated in a different page (https://iris-pomegranate-pcdm.squarespace.com/patterns/squiggle-rainbow) where the gallery is the first section, and the section below it crops the vertical image off.
  3. Aha, yes that make sense and works perfectly. Thank you! Although now I am contemplating using a portfolio page instead.... The password is fixed in any case.
  4. I think it looks great! It's really clean and easy to navigate and digest. The color scheme is minimal but effective. I love the logo, and the little squiggle 'm' that's carried over in the "We're excited you're here'" section. I think you could even use it on other pages too. I will mention though, that the logo is hard to see on most pages because it is light colored and your background is also light. I have a few suggestions which you can take or leave, they definitely range from good design principle to just pure personal preference: I think the site could benefit from a tad bit more breathing room. It looks like your section height is set to small, but I'd consider making it medium or large. I would choose just 2 fonts for your site. It looks like you've mostly used Source Sans Pro and Lora. But on your "What We Offer" page you have Futura headings and Arial in the navy box. The text ("Moon Maze Studio/ A creative agency.") on your hero image could be much larger. The footer is a bit empty. Maybe replicate some of your navigation links? And lastly the contact forms aren't appearing for me.
  5. Site URL: http://mooritmag.com I've had an email subscriber get in touch with me over an issue with the subscriber verification email. They have received the email, but all of the text has been replaced by rectangle characters. I have not been able to replicate the problem. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?
  6. I think I know what Junipurr means by the logo. Because it's an all caps font, the "uppercase" letters appear bigger than the "lowercase" letters even though they are all uppercase if that makes sense. So "DW Behavioral Health" actually looks like DW BEHAVIORAL HEALTH. The letters are different heights, but that looks fine to me. Also, instead of just Enter, you can use Shift+Enter to create a line break. This should mean your line spacing should look the way you want. I think it would be nice if that text was centered too. The website looks clean and professional, and the illustrations for services add a nice touch of warmth. I just have a couple thoughts myself which are all just my own personal opinions! There is a lot of animation. Everything from images to text fades in which can be quite a lot of visual stimulation. I'd personally prefer only images to fade in, and text/buttons/logos to have no animation I love the color scheme, it's feminine, but not overly saccharine. But I think it could benefit without the bright teal color which reads a little young to me. Especially when the teal buttons are on top of the purple. I would also prefer black/dark grey paragraph texts rather than dark teal. Just to tone things down a bit and not make it overly colorful.
  7. I sure wish I had a back yard so I could have a bird feeder! I thought I'd just mention that I think your chosen green colour doesn't seem to pass accessibility checks. Because it is quite bright, there is not enough contrast against the white background which means some people may have trouble reading it. You can check the contrast ratio of colours with WebAim's tool.
  8. Site URL: https://iris-pomegranate-pcdm.squarespace.com/patterns I recognise that the default behaviour of folder urls is to direct to the first page in the folder. I have a Patterns folder, and when you go to /patterns it loads the first page in that folder, which is /george-street-jumper. Is there any way to change that? Specifically, I want /patterns to direct to /crochet-patterns. I would add /crochet-patterns as the first page in the folder, but I also want /crochet-patterns to appear in my navigation (without the rest of the folder contents). password: changelasts
  9. I would also like to know if this is possible. I absolutely require this feature because every print copy of my product needs to come with a (unique) code for readers to download a the digital copy for free.
  10. I've ended up creating a new section for each element (image, text, image) and adjusting the top and bottom margins! https://harp-circle-pgnx.squarespace.com/home-1
  11. Strange! And you don't get a horizontal scroll? I've tried removing all the other css I had to see if anything was interacting in an unexpected way, but I'm still getting the same behaviour! So frustrating... but thank you for your help
  12. I've put the !important and switched back to 95vw in and here is what I'm seeing in Safari, when I scroll to the right: I'm logged into Squarespace in Chrome. And when I'm in the edit screen, then click the full screen arrow on the top right this is what I see (there is no horizontal scroll issue):
